How to connect "Call Transcription"

To enable "Call Transcription" service, go to "Services and subscriptions""Administration""Virtual PBX" and slide the toggle to the right next to "Call Transcription".

The service cost is 5.9 €/Month.

Note:
If "Call Transcription" service is not included in your tariff plan, please contact technical support for activation.

 

Click the "Confirm" button.

 

Note:
For monthly tariff, charges are prorated based on the number of days in the month.


The system will display a successful activation notification in the upper right corner of the screen.
