To transfer phone numbers from one trunk to another or completely detach from the trunk, in the "Telephony" >> "SIP Trunks" tab >> “SIP Trunks” in the left menu:
Set the checkbox or checkboxes next to the numbers you want to transfer.
Click the "Edit" button.
Select the appropriate trunk from the drop-down list of available SIP trunks.
- If necessary, to detach numbers from trunks select “Detach from all”.
- If necessary, to detach numbers from trunks select “Detach from all”.
Click "Save". The selected numbers will be transferred to the specified trunk.
