To enable the "Trunk for external PBX" service, go to "Services and subscriptions" >> "Administration" tab >> on the left menu, select "Virtual PBX" and slide the toggle switch to the right next to "Trunk for external PBX".
The cost of the service is 19.99 €/Month.
