Go to the 'Chatbot' → 'Scenarios' tab → 'All scenarios' menu on the left and open the scenario where you need to create an email channel.
Click on the email connector icon — 'Add Connector'.
In the opened modal window 'Adding Connector email', fill in the fields and click the 'Connection' button.
The channel will be connected.
To see the email or edit the connector, click on the email connector icon.
