Go to the Chat-bots section >> Scenarios tab >> left menu My scenarios and open the scenario where you need to create a WhatsApp connector.
Click on the WhatsApp icon, in the Connect to WhatsApp modal window that opens, fill in the fields and click the Connect button. How to obtain data for the “Token” and “Phone Number ID” fields, see Data for the WhatsApp connector.
A messenger will be connected.
To get the token, click on the WhatsApp icon again.
