"Blacklist" Element

The "Blacklist" element allows you to distribute calls at the selected scenario stage depending on the caller's number, region, operator, or city.

To add a "Blacklist" element:

1. Click on the icon in the elements menu on the right or drag it onto the diagram by holding the right mouse button;

2. Select a black or white list of numbers from the dropdown list;

3. To create a new list, click on the link — Create black-/ whitelist.

    

To edit the element, click on the pencil-shaped button.

Parameters in the "Edit scenarios item" modal window:

• State list name — list name;
• Add — phone number;
• Add number mask — use when you want to block by phone number location (using a common extension system and separating them between two PBXs, for which the "X" symbol is used);
• Type of list — selection of list type - black or white (list type does not affect function operation).

Click the "Save" button.
