How to remove a user from the Agreement

⚠️ Warning!

This feature is only available to a user with administrator rights.


 

To remove a user from the agreement, perform the following actions:

  1. In the top menu, click on the gear icon.

  2. In the left menu select the item "Management" >> "Agreement №***”.

  3. Click on the trash bin icon next to the needed user.

     

    Note:
    A user cannot delete themselves!

     

  4. The system will prompt for user deletion from the personal cabinet.

  5. To confirm deletion, click "Delete".

  6. The system will issue a successful deletion message. 

Note:
Instead of physically deleting the user, you can change their access level to the products to "No access". In this case, the user is denied access to the personal cabinet, however, the user is saved in the system and at any time you can change their access level.

 

Note:
If the deleted user is associated with an internal number of the virtual PBX, this user is disconnected from the internal number. However, all information about his calls is saved in the system.
