Notification — informing the user about an event by sending a message through a channel.

To receive notifications, click on the bell icon in the top menu and on the 'Settings' tab, set up subscriptions for the following channels:

  • Mail — notifications are sent to email;
  • Bell — notifications are displayed in the top menu on the bell icon, with subsequent display in notifications with the ability to show events as 'new', and after reading as 'read'.
  • Online, in browser — notifications arrive in real-time as pop-up messages on the device screen, even if the user is not on the site (with active browser permission);
  • SMS — notifications are sent as text messages to the specified mobile phone number.
  • Web Push — notifications arrive in real-time as pop-up messages;

To receive notifications, click on the bell icon in the top menu and on the 'Account settings' tab, set up your subscription:

  • Notification is not checked and not blocked, the user can subscribe to it.

  • Notification is marked with a cross in a red circle, the notification channel is disabled and it will not be received.

  • With a checkmark in a gray square, the notification will be received by default.

Some notifications require preliminary limit settings.

  • Get notification when critical balance threshold is reached — balance drops below the specified limit.
  • Daily traffic value limit — costs exceed the specified amount per day.

For more details, see 'How to set up a minimum balance alert'.

There is also a table in the interface that stores events to which the user is subscribed. The table is located in the management section Account (gear icon in the top menu) → left menu 'Notifications' → 'Notifications history'.
