Why didn't the payment arrive?

Typically, there are several reasons why a payment may not go through:


- The invoice was generated or the card payment was made from the wrong account. Please contact us or call +43 1 412 00 99.

- The payment was made with incorrect details. Please contact us or call +43 1 412 00 99.

- The payer's bank and the recipient's bank are different, and the payment was made on a Friday or during a holiday/weekend. In this case, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
