How to set up Robot Controller

Modified on Tue, 18 Jul 2023 at 06:03 PM

The setting of the "Robot Controller" function is performed on the page for creating queues - the section "Virtual PBX" >> tab "Settings" >> in the menu on the left "Queues".

To turn on the controller robot, do the following:

1. Select or create (the "Add" button) a queue;

2. On the "Robot controller" tab, next to "Call back on lost calls in queue", move the slider to the right (see image below);

3. Set the parameters of the function:

  • “Direct outgoing calls via” (mandatory field) - the number through which outgoing calls will be directed,

  • “Queue for outgoing calls” (mandatory field) – selection of a queue from the entire set of queues in this PBX,

  • “Rules operation schedule” - (mandatory field) – a schedule that specifies the time when the “Robot Controller” function processes calls from the list of missed calls (selection from the entire set of schedules in this PBX),

  • "Wait interval" - the duration of the pause after an unsuccessful attempt to call a free operator or client until the next one,

  • "Number of attempts" - if the connection with the client did not occur, his number is excluded from the list for auto-callback upon reaching the specified number of attempts,

  • “Ignore calls shorter than” - calls with a total duration (from the moment they arrived at the Virtual PBX) less than the value specified in this field are considered non-targeted and are not placed in the auto-call list.

4. Click the "Save" button.
