The integration of MCNtelecom virtual PBX and amoCRM allows you to interact more effectively with customers. With an incoming call, an employee will see a client pop-up card and instantly receive all information about the client. The system automatically captures all customer enquiries and creates a return call request for any missed incoming calls. In the client’s history, you can listen to or download their previous calls.
Integration with amoCRM allows you to create a transaction, monitor its progress, analyze its various stages and to track the conversion of transactions. You also have the ability to receive reports on transactions, employees and contacts.
Connection
To install the MCN Telecom widget:
- Log in to amoCRM with administrator privileges.
Go to the "Profile" section, and select the "Profile" menu section.
Copy the entire contents of the "API Key" field.
- Next, select the “Integrations” menu section and find the MCN Telecom widget. For convenience, you can use the search.
- Click on the MCN widget. The widget settings form will open.
Paste the copied API key and set the internal numbers of employees that correspond to the internal numbers in the virtual PBX interface.
- Go to MyMCN.
Select the "API" section in the top menu.
From the menu on the left, select "amoCRM | Settings. "
Enter the following information:
- Selecting the VPBX service with which amoCRM is integrated - choose the numbers of the virtual telephone exchange for integration from the drop-down list.
- AmoCRM administrator login - enter the login of the employee who is the administrator in amoCRM.
- AmoCRM Admin Token - Paste the previously copied "Your API Key".
- AmoCRM domain - copy and paste your amoCRM address in yourhostname.amocrm.com format.
Click on the “Save” button.
